Anger Management
|
IMDB rating: 6.00 Plot: After a misunderstanding aboard an airplane that escalates out of control, the mild-mannered Dave Buznik is ordered by Judge Daniels to attend anger management sessions run by Doctor Buddy Rydell, which are filled with highly eccentric and volatile men and women. Buddy’s unorthodox approach to therapy is confrontational and abrasive and Dave is bewildered by it. Then, after yet another mishap, Judge Daniels orders Dave to step up his therapy or wind up in jail. So, Buddy moves in with Dave to help him battle his inner demons. Buddy himself has no inner demons since he acts out at every opportunity and that includes making lewd comments about Dave’s girlfriend Linda and goading Dave into confronting every slight, past or present, head-on. But Buddy finally goes too far and Dave must decide whether to crawl back into his shell or stand up for himself. Could it be that Buddy’s confounding and contradictory treatment is just what the doctor ordered? |

Have you tried reading the KJV Bible? Whether you’re a Christian or not, the Bible was created to be an instruction book for all mankind. I don’t read instructions in general like I should, but you may be amazed what it says about anger. Here’s a website that may help you too. I’ll be praying for you. http://www.gotquestions.org/anger.html ***
On this site there is also another article that may help you. http://www.gotquestions.org/Jesus-angry. html ***
***This site uses the NIV version of the Bible verses, so you be sure to compare them with the KJV and make sure they make sense to you. Here’s a link to the KJV Bible online http://www.biblegateway.com/versions/Kin g-James-Version-KJV-Bible/ God bless you and yours.

You are doing the right thing in taking anger management classes. The main thing is to identify why you get angry and to accept that the things that make you angry are not necessarily causes but effects of your internal turmoil. You have taken a big step by admitting there is a problem and as I am not a therapist I cannot advise you. However use the classes to seek inner peace, control of your emotions and management of your life. It will not be easy but if you have the strength and belief you will achieve it.
Best wishes and I hope that you succeed.

It’s all is about self esteem. Something has caused you to lose your self esteem. Something you wanted and can’t have. Somebody you care about is falling short of you expectations. this constant lashing out is because you are trying to exercise your superiority over anyone who gets into your line of attack, and you attack to try and raise your self esteem to compensate for what you expect to have. The people you like most are the one’s that you lash out at the most, because you get angry with them for things a stranger wouldn’t get your notice.
